Jax Oyster Weeks, now in its 11th year, is a two week long series of oyster themed events. Held back to back at both Boulder and Denver locations, the week includes a 11 oysters for $11, an ‘Oyster Fixe’ week with a $35, 3 course prix fixe menu and a race to the finish with the “Oyster Eating Contest” where contestants slurp down oysters as fast as they can for charity.

Over the years, Jax ‘Oyster Weeks’ has donated over $42,000 to benefit such charities as Project Angel Heart, The Children's Hospital, the Robby Ferrufino Memorial  Fund, Imagine!, MAKE IT RIGHT and the Louisiana Oyster Community Relief Fund.  This year, Jax will be donating proceeds from Oyster Week to EFFA and The Gathering Place.
